Yes, it is possible, even if you will still be skeptical, I understand that.
You can lose 10 kg in about fourteen days!
Of course, you have to consider a few things to get to your destination.
These hacks are just used to rapidly lose a couple of kilograms.
these tips are not suitable for permanent weight loss!
For a longer-term weight loss you should choose a sustainable diet change, but of course you are welcome to include some of the tips that I will tell you in your diet change.
Just keep this plan in mind to be used here only if you want to get rid of a few pounds quickly, such as for your wedding, vacation or trip to the beach
How can I lose weight quickly?
First I asked myself how many calories are approx. 10 kg. 500 grams are approximately 3,500 calories.
That means, if you had to lose about 10 kg in total, that’s the equivalent of about 70,000 calories that you have to burn.
At first glance, this certainly seems unattainable for you, but I promise you, it is doable.
Of course, it is impossible to lose the 70,000 calories on one or the first day.
First, cut back on your calorie intake and do some exercise.
You can e.g. Jogging for only 30 minutes a day would be a deficit of around 300 calories.
So if you jog every day for 15 days, that’s a total of 4,500 calories.
Change your diet
In order to lose 10 kg in 2 weeks, you have to change your diet. That is the most important thing.
In other words: change what you eat!
The most important part of the change is: Drink a lot!
Most people consume their calories through drinks.
That means, Say goodbye to lemonade, alcohol, coffee, and non-water drinks.
For these 2 weeks, you should really only focus on pure water, as water flushes out toxins what it does makes it a lot easier for you to lose weight.
If you only concentrate on water – as far as drinks are concerned – the pounds will melt away.
A glass of lemonade can contain up to 50 calories, fruit juices even more.
The decisive factor here is the high Sugar content. So you can now easily calculate how many calories you will save each day just by drinking water.
If you need a little taste in the water, just take a lemon, squeeze it and do it. Add the juice to your water.
Lemon water is ideal for taking off, as it also helps flush toxins out of your body. You are also welcome to have some unhealthy tea in between – that’s perfectly fine.
The next point is: Eliminate junk food from your diet!
Junk food contains so-called “empty” calories, which fill you up at first, but you are hungry again after a short time.
These foods are e.g. Sweets, cakes, fries and other foods that contain fat and / or sugar.
Say goodbye to these temptations as this is the only way to lose weight quickly and easily.
Just for info: A fast food burger contains between 800 and 1,200 calories!
You should also avoid the following foods, the so-called white carbohydrates:
pasta, made from white flour, biscuits, etc. Foods made from white flour let your insulin levels rise shoot and let you gain weight again immediately.
But of course you should not forget that we also need carbohydrates in order to have energy for the day. But these should be healthy carbohydrates – true energy suppliers.
So what can you eat?
It’s easy. Eat healthy carbohydrates, proteins, and vegetables;
Eat lean meat, for example, chicken, turkey or fish.
That is for the best.
Fish is best of all because, in addition to protein, it contains many fatty acids that will help you lose weight.
You can eat eggs with vegetables for breakfast or have a look at my recipe suggestions; I will expand them in the next few weeks, because there you will find good ideas to imitate.
Please avoid potatoes on vegetables. This is one of the few vegetables that have very high sugar content, so limit yourself to other types of vegetables.
HOW you eat
It is not only important WHAT you are, but also HOW you eat. You should, for example do not miss out on your breakfast, because this helps you to start the day fresh.
If you skip breakfast, your insulin level will jump up and down all day.
On the other hand, if you have breakfast, your insulin level will be balanced and your metabolism will function properly.
Fasting for a longer period often leads to the yo-yo effect, so it is always nice to have breakfast.
It is best to make a schedule for yourself your meals, if that fits into your everyday life.
Also stick to not eating after 8 p.m. of course there are exceptions, but in principle you should you stick to it.
Also pay attention to the size of your portions, with a fully loaded plate you will unfortunately not be able to lose 10 kg in 2 weeks, does I’m sorry.
Eat your fill, that’s for sure, nobody should go hungry.
But don’t overdo it!
Better eat smaller meals during the day, but more often during the day. E.g. like this:
breakfast – Snack – Lunch – Snack – Dinner – Done
Many underestimate the power of the snack.
If you don’t have to, just skip the snack as it slows down your metabolism, the snack should of course consist of a piece of vegetables.
Change your lifestyle
Now you are where most people are fail. & Change your lifestyle.
Change your cooking habits – cook fresh and no more unhealthy things!
Use healthy oils, such as olive oil, and cook completely without sugar and use less salt.
Check your portion sizes and you will soon feel great!
Another important factor is that you follow your diet.
This diet t should only last 14 days, right?
So make sure that you have everything in view and don’t lose track of everything.
This is not meant to be a permanent change in your lifestyle, because this is demotivating in the long run, but if you want to continue after the 2 weeks, I recommend the slow carb or low carb diet.
These are not conventional diets, these are actual
Pay close attention to how many calories you consume per day – only for 2 weeks – because you have a goal, right?
After the 14 days, you no longer have to count calories. Then it will be easier if you change your diet.
Start doing some sport
Now you should work on yourself to get closer to your goal.
Always remember you don’t get anything for free!
Exercise is simply the best way to burn calories.
In the beginning, I advised you to jog for 30 minutes a day, isn’t it?
This will burn 300 calories. Also try interval training, which is a training program in which you switch between intensive activity and moderate activity.
YouTube is full of it, you are sure to find a great workout for you
Transferred to jogging this means: jogging slowly for 45 seconds and then sprinting for 15 seconds. Always changing.
Intense activities burn between 400 and 600 calories an hour.
This can be: Running, swimming, aerobics, basketball, and weightlifting.
Moderate activity burns between 200 and 400 calories an hour and this can be: hiking, dancing and walking!
Movement is good! Everything is better than no movement – that’s my guiding principle!
Try to take every opportunity to move.
Just do a few push-ups during a commercial on TV.
Dance while cooking.
I know, it sounds silly, but that’s the only way to get closer to your goal!
